1. Change‑of‑Mind Returns
We understand that purchasing weighing equipment is an important investment. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Packaging, accessories, manuals, test weights, cables, and all included components must be returned
Proof of purchase is required
Products customised to order are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover testing, recalibration, quality inspection, and repackaging.

4. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
